Bandhel Tareko (Fried wild Boar/Pork)
Ingredients
Wild Boar/Pork 800 gm
Ginger and Garlic Paste 15 gm
Mustard Oi1 40 ml
Turmeric Powder 12 gm
Salt to taste
Chopped Coriander leaf 15 gm
4 Slice of Lemon
Tomato 40 gm
Onion 30 gm
Cumin Powder 40 gm
Chilly Powder 10 gm

 

 

Preparation Method

Boil teh boar and let it cool, Slice the meat into thin slender pieces. (keeping the pork skin & fat portion intact.)

Heat oil and saute the meat till brown colour .

Add julienne of onions, tomatoes, cumin powder,spieces, turmeric powder, ginger & garlic paste chilly powder & salt to taste.

Fry it for 5 minutes and the boar is ready for serve.
