| Wild Boar/Pork 800 gm |
| Ginger and Garlic Paste 15 gm |

| Turmeric Powder 12 gm |

| Chopped Coriander leaf 15 gm |
| 4 Slice of Lemon |
| Tomato 40 gm |
| Onion 30 gm |
| Cumin Powder 40 gm |
| Chilly Powder 10 gm |

Preparation
Method
Boil teh boar and let it cool,
Slice the meat into thin slender pieces. (keeping the pork skin
& fat portion intact.)
Heat oil and saute the meat till
brown colour .
Add julienne of onions, tomatoes,
cumin powder,spieces, turmeric powder, ginger & garlic paste
chilly powder & salt to taste.
Fry it for 5 minutes and the boar is ready for serve. |
