Dhedo is most popular food in the remote and villiage
area, but these days dhedo making is loosing it's origin. People
think that dhedo is eaten only by poor people, but it is not true,
food is for appetite not for poor.
For dhedo, you need water, one table
spoon ghee, wheat flour or corn flour. put water on the "karai"(
nepali dish) ,add ghee for flavour ,heat the water add some flour,
let it boil , add flour then stir it until the flour is cooked
wel, it will be a bit hard.. Make sure that the flour does not
lumps. Serve hot with chicken gravy as accompany. |
