Ingredients
Mushroom 200 gm
Peas 40 gm
Onion 30 gm
Ginger Paste 10 gm
Garlic Paste 10 gm
Oi1 40 ml
Turmeric Powder 10 gm
Coriander leaf 10 gm
Tomatoes 40 gm
Cumin Powder 10 gm
Salt to taste
Nepali Spices(cumin powder, corrender powder)10gm |
Method
Clean mushroom and slice it into thin pieces.
Boil green peas separately.
Heat the oil, sautee the julienne of onion till it gets brown.
Add fine chopped mushroom, tomatoes, ginger and garlic paste, green
peas, chilly, nepali spices, salt and cook for few minutes and serve
hot. |
